Checked all my devices to make sure everything was hooked up and working properly. Explained several things to me that were helpful in the working of my equipment.

Geek Squad installed a fire stick on my TV and did an excellent job. They took their time, explained thoroughly and made sure I understood their instructions.

The Roku on my TV had quit working, and I'd only had it for about six months. Geek Squad sent out a tech who was useless, said it was defective and I had to buy a new one. I went into the store, bought a new one and scheduled a service call to have it set up. The tech who came out then was excellent (Ireneusz, also known as "Eric"). He was personable, very knowledgeable, engaging, and got to work immediately. At once he said there was nothing wrong with the original device; the remote just needed cleaning. I had him install and set up the new one anyway, and then asked if he would perhaps take the original one the first tech had said was "toast", and he set it up on the TV in my guest room. He did all his work professionally, and cheerfully. In addition he told me about all the features and services available with my Geek Squad contract, the vast majority of which I'd never known before. He was tops! Best Buy needs more like him and to get rid of the ones like the first tech who came out, who took no time and who had me go out and buy a brand new Roku which I actually did not need.

Although I didn’t need their service, Mike was very professional in letting me know a time as well as Lvg his cell number. He also helped me cancel service.

A big thank you to your service technician “Magil” who has installed my Samsung sound bar and television. Additionally, he made a separate trip to figure out how to connect with the new ATT TV Service, as it is not as simple as they pretend it is to connect to WiFi. His perseverance to figure it out and get it working was greatly appreciated.

The Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job of installing my new TV on the wall and then synced other electronic devices to it. I do not know enough to do the job myself. It is a relief to know that Best Buy has a team of polite and knowledgable experts who will set up my electronic purchases and make helpful suggestions.

The agent hooked up my Roku device and gave me a brief tutorial. He was respectable and professional. He did come in earlier than expected but it all worked out. The Geek squad agent adapted my tv to my cable box and control device then showed me how to use it efficiently.
