it is not working as I expected. Before the disastrous malfunction happend it worked a lot better. Now it is cumbersome to do what I intend to achieve what I had before!? I have to jump though thru loophopes and still have problems. Several days later I was thinking about asking to send another team, but I could not afford paying again. I wonder if could get somebody else to improve it under warranty on the first repair!? I am struggling and do not know what to do.

Agent did a good job of setting up my TV and making appropriate connections.

The GeekSquad agent was exemplary and very gracious and knowledgeable. However, the broadcast TV (with the flat wall antenna and the NEW BestBuy TV) does NOT receive the broadcast channels. It does, however, receive the smartscreen movies and other asynchronous video (with the exception of ONLY PBS live via YouTube).

Arrived promptly. Set up device and patiently made sure that I knew how to operate it.

Great job done on the installation for the two tv’s. Installers struggled a bit when setting up the photo library slide show. More training in that field required.

Was not very happy when they gave me a date that the technician would be here to install my DVD player and they called me and said they had to cancel because the technician called out sick. Well it took me a month one month to get someone back here to connect it in and only took 10 minutes to connect so someone should’ve been out here sooner where there was such a small job and only took 10 minutes to do unhappy with the decision that they gave me in the length of time. I had a wait.

The geek squad personnel was very personable and asked my opinion several times.

Mounted and checked functions, as well as made sure adjustments were good.

I do not have certain skills needed to do all my device set up's and geek Squad does.
