Yes.Did an excellent job in all phases of installation. Very patient with me setting up apps on tv, entering passwords etc.and making sure everything was functional.

I has them install a new computer a new office Desk and Chair, and the new living room TV along with the setup I needed. Professional and respectful to my home...Great crew of 6 specialists! The benefit of being a totaltech member!

agent chad was Great. He took his time and took exceptional care in programing my Logitec 665 remote control for my in home theater - he also explained everything he did and how it worked

Logan was the agent to set up our Roku and antenna. He was excellent. He took the time to explain how to use them. You are very lucky to have such a fine employee.

The agent enabled our fire stick to be plugged into a separate adapter from our TV which is mounted on the wall. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Great service!

Best decision EVER to get the Geek Squad to set up new 65 inch TV. Great staff and they also recommended getting a pivot stand which rocks when you want to move the TV screen. Highly recommend.

Excellent service as usual. The agent arrived at our house in time. We received a phonecall to say he was on his way. He explained how the DVD player worked and how the Remote control worked to get the videos playing on the TV. Thank you very much for your help.

Carmelo from the Geek Squad came out to set-up our new Roku streaming system. He was very helpful and efficient. He also clearly understood that he was dealing with people who do not have the tech savvy of younger people who grew up with all of this stuff, and he explained everything clearly; which is something that many younger people can't seem to do without wandering into lingo that we older folks aren't familiar with. I'm not completely past the learning curve yet, but all is going well. We were very pleased with the whole experience!

There is nothing like having an expert come to your house and set up a new TV & an Apple TV and minutes later give you a mini lesson on how to operate them. The Geek Squad professionals are so nice, so quick and very knowledgeable especially if there is a cable box to contend with. I have used their services in home, online, and by phone and have had very positive experiences.

Geek squad very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing so the installation went fast easy and smooth. He explained the new way of viewing our TV with a new remote and didn’t leave until he knew we were comfortable. I also appreciated the update letting me know that they were coming but running late.

I had bought 3 Rokus thinking I needed them-when the techs came out they did an awesome job in connecting 2 TVs-the 3rd 1 was already ROKU ready and they showed us how to work all the remotes

The entertainment system we have in our living room area was originally set up by a member of the Geek Squad and which included using a Logitech Harmony device to control all of the components. Because we were switching from cable service to using a ROKU device, with YouTube TV, etc., we knew we would need a service agent from Geek Squad. Chris Atkins is the service agent who came to our home. Chris was absolutely wonderful and is a 10+ on a scale of 10 as far as we are concerned. He was very diligent in his work and that included having to take several steps to get all of the components of our entertainment system to work together and which also included updating the Logitech Harmony software. Chris is excellent and I would have no reservations in recommending him to anyone. Thank you, thank you!

The agent did a great job of connecting my components to my tv. The only problem was however, he wasn't able to connect my stereo speakers to my tv, in which, I was disappointed about that. But, it wasn't the agent's fault. My stereo is a '87/'88 model. Very old! The agent was very kind & professional!
