    The crew that came out was late and I’m not blaming them. The mounting job was great, but they didn’t have time (since it was almost 7pm) to do the calibration. I watched a YouTube video that really helped and the picture looks incredible.

    Good support from one gentleman at the customer service counter - though I was sent to 3 difference places before I finally got frustrated and went to the service counter. The actual at home service was good - setting up the request was frustrating. BTW - the texting service was a joke
