The geek squad was awesome. They corrected my issue

Made lay TV viewing better knowing I didn't have to pay that DirecTv bill.

Installation was quickly, but had to wait two weeks for the Geek Squad to program it into my system.

Everything was ultimately hooked up but technician had not installed Tablo before. Time & effort to hook up to wireless network & antenna. Jumbled placement & plug in.

They were both professional and efficient. My complaint is that the charge for installation was double. The time to install the Roku device was around 20 minutes and I was charge $1 00 for it. The same it was for the much more time consuming effort to program the universal remote. One person could have done both and not overcharged me

The Geek Squad and Magnolia AV people were more interested in selling me a TV and a sound system combined totaling over $17k vs. a local audio video company who changed me $1k to replace one component including labor to my tv/sound system.

You sent a stranger to my home, who was NOT from the geek squad. He had no clue- we were used to our "squad" guys who have done work for us going on ten years.

professional, helpful...explained what and how to get programs and do streaming.

I had an appointment with Geek Squad last week. They cancelled it without my knowledge. It got rescheduled for tomorrow. It appears that they are doing the same thing to me tomorrow. I am very disappointed and the annual fee that I paid for several years appears to be a total waste of money.

The person who came didn't really know what we needed to be done. Setting appointments with an 800# with an agent who isn't fluent in English leaves an understanding gap
