    Tried twice to set up an appointment. I was told they would contact me about times and I was never contacted. Found out there was a typo in their email for me and tried to correct that. I keep getting emails about everything else but not from the Geek Squad. Never got any of the texts or phone calls they claim to have made.

    He said my Vcr was broken and left the tape in that he put in and couldn't get back out. He said my TV was broken too.

    I AM NOT HAPPY WITH DVD PLAYER INSTALLED ON 12/29/23. THIS DVD PLAYER DO NOT WORK WHEN I TRIED TO PLAY A DVD.

    The Geek Squad has not returned to connect the DVD player to the television. Waiting patiently (but not for long) to be able to watch my favorite movie.

    My purchase was not in the store. Also when they gave me my appoint it was for a Saturday and the never showed up I had to call to find out what happened took my money but did not have the article. I got a refund and will never do business with Best Buy agin.

    Wham Bam thank-you Ma’am. In and out explaining things at a mile a minute. Left me with one of my two televisions NOT working at all…. A useless hunk of plastic. $196 for twenty minutes. Bet they laughed in their van at another confused old man. What a disgrace!

    They came 3 times to get my fire stick working with my tv. Cost me $ 139 extra besides the initial $139 and it is not working again. I don't want to spend any more money but i am going to call and see what they say.

    The tv was already mounted things were left detached on my sound system. Also the tech was supposed to set up my remote and it didn't work after he left. He had 7 more installatios to do on that day. He was a nice guy so I tipped him $50. Now if you want to make this right, I think that you should return my installation fee of $59.

    Oh god words do not describe this mess. We ordered multiple things to be delivered and put together. The first time we scheduled the tech called and said he would not have enough time. No problem I said we would pay extra for the whole day if that what it took. After four days i called back and explained the problem they scheduled us for 12 to 8 pm. I explained three times we need him for the entire day and according to the tech don't schedule some one after us. The guy said ok and sent me confirmation email. saying such, Three hours later another email saying we have the tech form 12 to 4 I called again and explained he would not have enough time. I got a supervisor on the phone and explained for a fourth time. H said he would put a note. Guys i don't need a note I need what the tech said 12 to 8. Great products but when it comes to installation horrible customer service. We got so frustrated we got our money back. Best buy lost a $4,000 sale due to incompetence. went to the store to talk to manager nope none available and even when I talked to a supervisor no call back. Best but you blew it five times in a row. Stay away from the set up and find someone who can do it for you save the head aches...

    Service was done by a contractor and was incomplete and very bad. The did not do what was paid for and furthermore they did not arrive when the emailed us they would arrive. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with Geek Squad service and will make sure that I do not every get a contractor again or I won't purchase from Best Buy. I notice at the end they want to know if I would recommend Geek Squad Service to a friend. Yes Geek Squad not their contractors.

    Agents were to install 2 roku's. Installed one but did not have parts for an adapter fot the other TV. Said they would return with adapter. Haven't heard from them since

    OK installment too fast educating dumb me! I did need to purchase antennas so they couldn't fully set up at that time. Still learning!

    The Geek Squad rep could not connect my 2 devices and did not offer alternatives. Also, could not complete the sign up for a streaming service.
