    I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND NOT HIGH TECH AT ALL. I AM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THE FIRESTICK AS I HAVE ALL THESE DIFFERENT STATIONS AVAILABLE.

    Everything got connected and ready to use. The geek squad lady mentioned how to use device. Keep in mind we both are elderly and my husband is hearing impaired. After a couple weeks we attempted to use the device only we couldnt get it to work. So I made the BIG MISTAKE of calling and seeing about getting someone to come in and fix the controls. I was told that the 4 year plan I purchased did not cover this. What a joke. So much for customer satisfaction. You will never catch me in a Best Buy store ever again nor will anyone else I can tell my store to. You got my money but lost me as a customer. J Anaya

    I do not understand that it took 3 tries to get my new Smart TV and BluRay DVD player set up. My new cell phone # was not set up on my appointment requests. The driver who came sat in my condo parking lot and when I went outside, his comment was I've been sitting her for 10 minutes calling you. He had my old cell #, not the one given to my contact person. I specifically gave INSTRUCTIONS when I set the appts, and they were not followed. There is a BREAKDOWN in the line of communication between a CUSTOMER and the staff taking the information, Hope this is corrected in the future.

    The gentlemen were very courteous and set the Apple device up ; however, two days later, it stopped working. I believe the chords were not secured well and have come loose.

    GEEK SQUAD FAILURE

    installed the new apple TV in the master bedroom. I was not able to be present during instal but, my wife was. Geek squad left because the remote wasn't charging fast enough after instal. Maybe they should have started with the remote charge before they started the instal to know that the remote still doesn't charge 3 weeks later. Attempting to get the Geek Squad back out her to fix is next to impossible.

    The tech was super nice. But he couldn’t get our new TV to load Sling for us. We have since figured out several different options ourselves. That was what the appointment was set up for. And after he left our stereo system will not connect to our TV any more.

    Was limited to once task that was unsuccessful. Store seems to be geared to fixing and installing only what they sell which is the current direction most repair places

    Came in the morning and left didn’t whant to wait 10 second then came back in very late couldn’t fix the night hawk that I have really didn’t like the job

    I am so disappointed with my year of purchasing and service from best buys and any installation from my 4 tvs and amps and cd players trash compactor it's been so hit and miss if they even showed up plus the what 7 hour windows it's just all been well I have lost my faith with the entire operation. Just odd management as to what are the goals with your customer service.

    The second Geek Squad agent installed the Roku qui

    The agents setup my Roku along with antenna.Could view local channels did not add purchased channels. Had to reschedule. The second agent who came out did an excellent job.

    While taking my TV off the wall (which I gave them 5 stars for), they ripped the soundbar shelf off the wall. While they remounted it, I still have a pair of holes to fill in the drywall, and it scratched up the paint but luckily my painter was scheduled the same day so he fixed that, but at some point, will need to fill in two holes and repaint that wall as the matte color won't likely blend in easily as it gets some day time sun as well. So they got the work done, and put everything back together, but it is a major problem nonetheless.

    The agent tried to program my Harmony remote and couldn’t. He saw a light on the bottom of my upstairs TV and told me that it indicated that the motherboard had gone out on my TV so it was dead. He didn’t even try to program that remote. I tried the TV after he left and it was working fine. It had just been left on while all the other components were off. He did hook up the Google Chromecast and it works and it is on the Harmony remote so he gets one star. I really should ask for a partial refund.

    Our 21yr old son has cerebral palsy. To celebrate his 21st birthday we bought him five tvs since he loves watching sports and there is nothing else he would enjoy. The geeks show up with 5 tvs to install and complained, whined, cussed about what a long install this would be … and it was. By the time they got to the fifth tv they left it and said someone would do it another day, they still had another job to go do. Who acts like that on their job and doesn't get fired. Why leave one job undone to go to another one. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Really … go elsewhere if you want good or even fair service.

    Frustration with last service with Geek Squad

    Our system is not working properly...sound bar goes on then the volume reduces on its own, we need to keep turning the volume up. Our back speakers and subwoofer are not working at all. We are very disappointed with the set up as we will need to have Geek Squad return. We had to wait beyond our scheduled time frame for the tech to show up. It has been frustrating, unlike previous appts.

    Waited 2 weeks for an appt to come set up a TV in existing cabinet place. You could not give me a morning appt so you said until maybe 2 months down road. I cancelled TV order, and will not renew my 200.00 annual fee that was paid for and never used for 3 years... Your customer service stinks....

    The agent, Cody, solved my problems and said call me if you need any more help. So, I did. I called twice and he never called me back.

    Very dissatisfied with Chris's attitude and performance. We did NOT get the Fire Stick installed. Fortunately you refunded my fees. Again, fortunately I was able to use my Total Tech acct and have Ceasar install my fire stick on my home TV very efficiently and quickly yesterday! Will reschedule for my son's home later.
