    The technician was totally rude. Rather than tell us what we could do he just said I don’t have time to repeat myself five times. Our fixed the problem.

    Geek squad screwed up my install

    Geek Squad cancelled due to illness of tech, rescheduled for afternoon of following day. Next day tech calls for am, I said no due to MD appointment, remind tech of afternoon apt. He says will check and return my call. Never heard from him. My email then shows two-am and pm scheduled. Unprofessional, it even took me a while to cancel and ask for refund, First Best buy I have been to with such lousy service. Will try another in another city in the future.

    Technician set up everything great. I give him A+. Problem is DVD PLAYER is not working properly. I will call for service. Hasn’t worked properly since I received it. I would return it for another but Best Buy says I can’t return it.

    This order was NOT completed. One TV works properly and the other does not work at all. The only thing being done was to synch a firestick to each TV. Both TVs were working fine BEFORE the service call.

    Agent failed to properly assemble stand

    The agent did not assemble stand properly. TV was not level, agent all did not use LG cable management clips or properly route the cables. I had to schedule another appointment to correct the stand. still no resolution on cable management clips that the agent took away with the empty box

    DVD--EMPLOYEE-ROLAND BY NAME DID NOT DO JOB, WAS FURIOUS WHEN HE ARRIVED AND LEFT SHORTLY THERE AFTER SLAMMING THE DOOR A METAL DOOR THAT BOUNCED THREE TIMES. I COMPLAINED. I WAS GIVEN ANOTHER APPTMT THAT WAS A NO SHOW BUT WAS COUNTED AS AN APPTMT AND NO ONE ELSE CAME.

    Ok you have sent the email asking me enough times - TV was not allowing access to apps Netflix/Amazon)-- BB tech told me TVs have a lifespan and this was out of date, need to get another. Looked around and at one place a TV sales guy said "why don't you just get a Firestick? Did so - Works great. $25. So no it was not worth $99.00 to have your service guy come out.

    The installation went well. However we have encountered problems and it has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with it. We called the CS desk and got repeatedly redirected to yet another recorded message. Then we went to the store and they compiled paperwork to escalate the problem. No one ever called. Subsequent calls resulted in several 20+ HOLDS and more frustration. Still waiting!!!

    diid a poor job had to tell him how to do installistion and did not have the wright tools to do work very poor. would not help with other problems had to order every work job separately.Sent a revuew before no responce guess this is a waste of time

    The agent managed to get my antenna working for the local channels, but at his visit he hooked up with the extra Samsung channels. The next day and since then the extra Samsung channels have not been available. I sent him an e-mail for an explanation, but he has not answered. I need further help.

    If this installer is an example of Geek Squad service, then I do not recommend the expenditure. He did absolutely nothing to show me how to operate the TV> I even had to look in the TV directions to find out how to turn it on and off!

    Nothing was done/ installed as tech would have arrived at wrong time.( He called our home before 8 am, saying his arrival was going to be within less than 10 minutes and was not going to wait) Best Buy store confirmed it's 30 minutes prior notice for a tech to arrive for service. Cancelled visit. Tech would not re-schedule.

    I paid 162.— to have an unvaccinated person show up to install!!!!! Unacceptable! Wore a flemsy bandana. Will not recommend Geek Squad if they are not more responsible. Should not be sending any unvaccinated per son on any call, especially to a 72 year old at high risk!

    Didn’t come they canceled they said that they could not do the install because of company policy that they could not get on the roof. I wouldn’t have been so upset but when I bought the antenna I was told that they could install it No Problem of course for a $100 which I paid for.
