Technician was not sufficiently trained.

System Not Working Well!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When my daughter let the Geek Tech go, btwn the two of them my Sony Sound system no longer is linked to my Monitor tied to my ROKU Stick, therefore no Volume control or Mute options work, I actually have to old school get up walk across the room and hand click my DVD Audio system to turn off or up Volume....NUTS!!!

Geek Squad Fails again

Based on an in store visit. The scheduled agent was not qualified to do the work, and no reschedule of the appointment occurred.

Geek squad left snd hasn’t come back

Disappointing lack of Service

They stated to my wife "It was a drop-off only". No unboxing, setup, nothing. They were in such a hurry they left tire marks on my driveway, forgot the return, its box and left no receipt.

Incomplete job performed.

I would recommend anyone using this service to not assume the job without seeing that everything is operating as expected.

Bought what was recommended by salesman at store,

When I took it back to the store for refund and to buy what I needed was refused refund since product had been opened. I am VERY displeased with Best Buy and won’t buy anything there again.
