    But I hate the TV and Bose sound. Every time I turn it on it needs to be reset. I can’t watch TV with the Bose on because there’s an echo. It’s as if gremlins get into the works when it’s turned off!

    Setting up the appointment was an ordeal. Then the Agent was hours late and I finally cancelled the service.

    sadly, the agent was unable to install our smart plugs and the old dvd player he said was "dead" works - so not great.

    Geek Squad did not connect my dvd to my cable out

    I spent $100 dollars for nothing. Both men did not know how to attach my VCR to the cable out. They told me to ask for someone else.

    Never again will I trust best buy for anything. You pay for protection then you pay for the visit or appointment then they just have the part you need to buy. I'm sick of best buy

    Charged for services not performed.

    All of the services say they were performed on July 10. None of these services were performed and I have spent months trying to remove them from my bill.
