My request was not completed and at most of my incounters with The Geek Squad i will not renew membership

Did not need to have help, but great people to need.

I cancel because they told me for putting up my tv it didn’t covered it.

IT DIDN'T WORK. HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR IN A WEEK

I would not pee on bestbuy if they were on fire. Nothing but liars!

SORRY, had to cancel the purchased products. Technicians could not effectively install the items.

FIELD AGENT TOOK LOGITECH BECAUSE I WAS SOLD WRONG ONE AND SAID HE WOULD RETURN AND INSTALL RIGHT ONE NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!

THEY DID NOT SPEND SUFFICIENT TIME WITH ME TO OVERCOME MY DVD/TV REMOTE PROBLEMS.

Wow! Service was Awesome! Three guys were polite, very skilled and quick! These guys went right to work and literally solved my issue in less than 5 minutes! I was amazed! These guys saved me hours upon hours of frustration and saved me a lot of time! I was up and running so quickly! And I was coached on how to handle my equipment with some knowledge. Id for sure hire these guys again in the furture if need be!

The technicians who set up my system were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They didn't just set up my system; they taught me how to manage it also, in terms I could understand. I will not hesitate to continue my service with them. They and it are extremely valuable for someone who wants good technology but isn't learned in how to set up and run it.

In early Jan, Home Theater Tech Avidan M. setup my smart TV and saved me hours of frustration.....getting a Total Tech membership was one of the smartest things I've ever done. The DVD player I had at that time was no longer compatible and he gave me great advice on getting a new one. A few weeks later after getting a compatible Sony DVD player I still knew that setting it up with my smart TV was beyond my technical ability, so I sent him a text to make a setup appointment. I was amazed how quickly he went through the setup procedure to make the TV and the DVD player compatible and made sure I could smoothly operate and connect both. I've told all my friends that if they're in the market for a new computer, TV or home theater setup/connectivity that getting a TotalTech membership is one of the smartest things they could do. I've also told them to see me because I know one of the smartest techs with a great personality, that person being Avidan Maciel who I highly recommend.

Needed to integrate to the extent possible analogue and digital systems of home set-up: including; smart tv, tape recorder/play deck, blue ray player, video recorder/player (minus remote,) turntable w/sync to computer, bookcase speakers and sound bar. Using a mix of existing equipment and recommended purchases, and with three visits (one charged,) they did a fantastic job. Would not hesitate to use again and they are a great reason to turn to Best Buy in future. SUPER Geeks. THANKS.

The Geek Squad installed a large TV (77inches) and a soundbar over our fireplace. The install was perfect, couldn't be more pleased. They ensured that the TV, Soundbar and Cable remote were all synced and working properly. They went on-line registered the product and ensured that the WIFI was connected. In the future I will insist on the Geek Squad and NOT use their outside service provider (had a bad experience!)

The two young men who assisted in installation were wonderful - knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and friendly. We appreciate their help very much.

This was a great purchase and real recommend using them. They showed up on time and was very professional. The guys did a great job everything works and looks good. They showed and explained everything.

Two agents coordinated visits to complete installation of Roku requirements for Netflix television viewing. It was determined that I didn't need a ROKU attachment, but I did need the remote setting revised for tv, radio, dvd's, and netflix. Great job! Everything works beautifully.

Great job with installation and explaining TV functions.

Both groups of people were just great. The first people that came in were really helpfully explaining the Roku mystery to me. I had bought the wrong one ( I wanted to go off the cable box from Spectrum). The second team set it up and all went very well. Best Holiday Wishes to all. JB
