The service guy sent to install the Amazon fire stick was such a very nice, helpful guy. He was very accomodating in all our questions and clarifications.

Brandon was so helpful. We wanted to breakaway from cable TV and go to streaming, and he recommended everything we needed. It would have taken us hours to figure out what he did in one hour. He also set up our CD player!

He was professional and added Roku right away with ease. Wasn't as knowledgeable as the previous visit from the guys doing Home TV service with my awesome Total Tech agreement. I requested a Geek Squad visit to my home to install a newly acquired Apple TV system. After a successful installation, the following day no audio for at least 15 min after turning on my TV. Had numerous Geek Squad techs return and could not correct the problem. Today, we had successfully corrected the issue with the help of Geek Squad Tech - Lucas from the Las Cruces Best Buy Store. In addition he helped re-install a Sonos System that had a minor issue. A special thanks to Lucas for his full understanding of my problem and take the necessary corrective actions- great job

Lee was great! Hooked up DVD player and looked at a problem we had after we had our sound system set up a while back. He immediately found that all we needed to do is unplug the wolfer and do an extra step on our remote to control volume.

I enrolled in TotalTech because I have no idea what I'm doing with this technology and needed a full array of support. They were terrific. I bought one 50" Sony TV and 4 Roku streaming sticks 4k. One stick to convert the Sony to Roku and 3 for older flat screen TVs (cutting the cable). The Geek Squad got me set up on two days. An agent delivered my new TV and did a basic setup on my old cable service so I had service that day. She also removed my broken plasma TV and 2 other old analog TVs for proper disposal. The next day, an agent did a full install, removing the old cable equipment and setting up Roku as well as the main streaming service and other apps I had subscribed to. He did this on all 4 TVs--not just the new purchase. Both agents worked quickly but were also courteous with all my questions. They were on time and did a great job. Many thanks to them.

Marcos connected all our devices and made sure we understood how to use them. We are senior citizens and not very technological. As Marcos explained, we took notes. He then made sure that we were actually able to perform all the tasks. He is a wonderful teacher!

The agents connected the equipment to my device and they explained us very well how to use it.

They connected blue-ray to TV and explained how to use Blue-Ray and then physically showed me how and then allowed me to connect it while they were there to make sure I understood how to use my Blue-Ray--how wonderful to have agents with so much patience!

The Geek Squad agent did a great job installing and setting up my Apple TV and re evaluating my Sonos sound system and app. He did a great job.

Johann was fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and very helpful. This is the first time I am doing streaming and patiently explained to me how to work my fire stick and Samsung remotes. He is REALLY AN EXCELLENT MEMBER OF YOUR GEEK SQUAD.

Ben got rid of the virus in my desk top and set us up on YouTube on 3 tvs with in1 1/2 hours. He was excellent!! He gave us a quick class and showed us how to use the system. He even left his phone # if we need anything. He is our super hero .
