Great job with installation and explaining TV functions.

Two agents coordinated visits to complete installation of Roku requirements for Netflix television viewing. It was determined that I didn't need a ROKU attachment, but I did need the remote setting revised for tv, radio, dvd's, and netflix. Great job! Everything works beautifully.

Both groups of people were just great. The first people that came in were really helpfully explaining the Roku mystery to me. I had bought the wrong one ( I wanted to go off the cable box from Spectrum). The second team set it up and all went very well. Best Holiday Wishes to all. JB

The agents arrived on time and listened well to my request for assistance in setting up my Wii, Playstation, and DVR player. They were professional in all aspects of the service they provided as well as taking the time to show me how to operate a few other functions on my new TV.

The team was good at getting things connected and hooked up. However, I have antenna tv and they were not well versed on how things worked for that. But after a bit of button pushing on my part, the tech also learned something new! The remote is different (and not what was shown to me in the store with number buttons) and takes getting used to but works great.

I had "Dustin" a young man come on Labor Day to help program two 43 inch Tvs and a soundbar .....I thought my techie friends could get them hooked up correctly, but had to get an expert. REALLY glad I got Dustin,, he went above and beyond and he was like another son to me when he left. My tvs have worked GREAT. I dont want to be a techie myself at 65 yrs, I just want them to work...lol. Hire an Expert as the saying goes; saved me more angst and "I" know more about the tv's now, too. Cost me $140 bucks, but I am going to say this; worth every penny.

Connor was the technician that installed my TV and also the Fire Stick, Sound bar, Blu Ray and 3 Port Insignia device. He was very professional and quick. Made it all look easy and explained everything to me after it was installed. Very happy with the service.

Not being saavy, I played safe by having Geek Squad install my new speaker system. It was accomplished. I was informed how to operate it, et al. Better safe than sorry. When it comes to Best Buy and Geek Squad....AWESOME!

I was having problems with my TV & Audio setup. Geek Squad technicians quickly and thoroughly banished all problems. Everything was updated and I can state almost one month since this service that everything performs beautifully together.

We sincerely appreciate the Geek Squad giving us detailed instructions of how to use the hearing aid streaming device with our new television and how to use our iPhone to control the sound

The Geek squad installed Roku on my TV and showed me how to use it. Then they came back to help with the sound bar. They were very nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

While installing new DVD player, tech diagnosed the cause of issues occurring with television. The necessary replacement part/board was ordered and on return visit, installed and DVD set up completed.

The agents set up my new Xfinity TV box and Sony surround sound and everything works great. I am glad there is a Geek Squad.

The agents mounted my tv and connected all of the wires. They also helped hide the wires. They were professionals and very knowledgeable!! So glad I have the tech plan through Best Buy!

The agents tested my Wi-Fi connection and explained to me that most of these TVs the Wi-Fi chip is so small it doesn't work very well for very long. They said they would see what they could do to help me it would be right back. These nice guys went outside to their vehicle and cut me about 30 ft at the most of ethernet cable. I already knew how ethernet cables plugged in and worked but they explained everything to me make sure that it was hooked up proper and everything these guys kind of went above and beyond and I would like to say something to someone in person about how good of a job they did.

Excellent service! This was the second Geek Squad TV installation. Very knowledgeable young man who was very patient when my wife couldn't remember her passwords. Thank you!
