The agent was great. He installed everything and upgraded what needed to be upgraded. He eas prompt and very professional. The phone service to set up the appointment was terrible. They were from different countries and I could not always understand them. Nor could they understand me. Bring this answering service back to the U.S. i have lived in another country and traveled extensively so am used to different languages. This is a great flaw in your service.

With a Best Buy Membership, I can text him directly and ask questions or ask him to stop by. He is extremely patient and gives instructions clearly for us older ones. The agent helped us "cut the cord" from cable. Installed our Roku on 2 TV's and set up our YouTube TV. He was very patient with our lack of knowledge and totally explained everything every step of the way. We use Geek for everything technical in our home and they never fail to impress us with their knowledge and help.

Both Christian and Mike of the Best Buy Geek Squad arrived on time and did an excellent job in setting up my new ONKYO CD player. They explained all of the features to me and cleaned up when they were done. They even took away my old broken CD player. Good job!

Cooper White and his team were excellent. He was able to answer all of our questions. But best of all, we have had a need to contact after the initial service and he was right there for us. He has returned to our home to adjust and explain several questions that we had.
