works perfect. Very easy to play DVD player which was old and did not have HDMI connection.

Both Christian and Mike of the Best Buy Geek Squad arrived on time and did an excellent job in setting up my new ONKYO CD player. They explained all of the features to me and cleaned up when they were done. They even took away my old broken CD player. Good job!

Cooper White and his team were excellent. He was able to answer all of our questions. But best of all, we have had a need to contact after the initial service and he was right there for us. He has returned to our home to adjust and explain several questions that we had.

The agent hooked everything up perfectly and explained how to work them. He gave me a lot of information to help me make the best decision for my television viewing service. I have been pleased with all of the Geek Squad services so far.

I had my house recarpeted and the Geek Squad reconnected one of my TV's with the DVR cable box and the CD player. They also made sure that my other TV's that are affiliated with the main DVR were working properly. It took about 45 minutes and agents were very knowledgeable and professional. They also addressed any concerns that I had.

The agent came to my house and helped me set up a firestick. I know a 5 y/o could probably do it but i wouldnt have been able to without his help! I appreciated his patience.

We needed a wifi booster with our new tvs. Miguel and his team took care of the whole thing, They hid the wires and equipment. They changed settings that I had activated by mistake. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. Five out of five stars or fifty out of fifty stars- these guys were great. Highly recommend.

They were extremely great. They helped mount the TV and set it up working very well. The walked me through the use of the remote and how to access all the Channels I would need. I was very satisfied.

This was a second attempt to get a Samsung sound bar to work. The 1st one within hours of being installed a few days earlier. Got an appointment with the geek squad to come out and trouble shoot the problem. They declared it dead, as well, and went back to the closest store to retrieve another one and came back with it, got it installed and works perfectly!
