Geek squad set up my 2 sound bar systems and explained everything

Angelo Carchesio was the agent and went "above and beyond" in performing our requested service. Excellent service; extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Would request Angelo in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about the technician that came out! He was honest and so courteous. Solved my issue in a less expensive way and I so would like to thank him.

The next time you need in-home Tech Support, call Geek Squad and ask for Paulo. Paulo is punctual, honest, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He walked into the houses and looked at the TV, then within minutes had the problem figured out. It took him and his partner 10 minutes to fix the problem.

The agent, Justin P., did and outstanding job, going above and beyond to solve the problem of intermittent streaming on our older Roku TV. He went back to the local store, got the needed device, and then added a Roku - Express HD Media Streaming Player to the TV. It saved us from having to purchase a new TV, and it works.

Ian Spurlock was my Geek. A brilliant and amazing technician. He went above and beyond the call at warp speed. Even locating security codes. He dialed in a crystal clear picture.

The agents mounted my TV and all the associated devices. Now instead of a remote for cable and one for TV, I have one for cable, one for TV, one for sound bar, and one for DVD player. And not sure in what sequence you are supposed to use them. Wanted a universal remote, they say they do not make them any more. Found them on Amazon.

The agents were very nice and also courteous They adjusted my roku tv, picture and sound. They were also able to connect it to my existing surround sound system Great job guys!

Sorry, I don't remember who came out to set up our new TV, and get it connected to others, but he did a fantastic job, and in a short amount of time! I was impressed. Geek Squad techs are superior!

The Geek Squad service is wonderful. They are very professional and courteous when they come out. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend them because I have had nothing but excellent service from them.

The TV was taken to the second floor by the installer, set up and they had all channels functioning before they would leaves. Courteous, professional and polite.

Both agents, were as always, very professional and helpful. They were patient when explaining the setup, and when we didn't have the cables they had to return to BB to get them, so I was appreciative of their patience. GREAT JOB! Your teams NEVER disappoint.

The two guys who came out were very helpful abd took their time answering any extra questions we had and made sure that everything worked and that we could use the devices before leaving
