JOSE HERNANDES DID A GREAT JOB/SERVICE WITH CONNECTION MY NEWLY PURCHASED DVD DEVICE AND EVEN GAVE ME HIS PHONE NUMBER IN CASE I NEEDED ANY FURTHER GEEK SQUAD HELP. I TRULY LIKED HIM.

The agents made sure that all tvs were set up properly and were working the way they were supposed to work. Set internet so that it would not stop working. They were very nice, knowledgeable, PATIENT, helpful and respectful. We were glad to have them!!!!!!!!

Ron was very efficient, had perfect manners and made me feel safe even though he was a stranger in my house, he was professional, friendly and knew right away what needed to be done, great... I didn't have to repeat myself, what a relief

The TV was taken to the second floor by the installer, set up and they had all channels functioning before they would leaves. Courteous, professional and polite.

We are seniors and continue to have computer problems. However when we do, we can always get the help we need from the Geek Squad. Gary is always there to walk us through our problems. We could not survive without his help!

We had questions about how to use our remote and how our sound bar could be adjusted. The tech who came out was very helpful, answered all our questions, and taught us a couple of things that helped us figure out our system even better.

I'm 78 and don't know how to set up all streaming on my TV. They were so wonderful and spent time teaching me how to use my new services. Thank you.

Customer service employee,Dan, did a wonderful job of backing up my old iPad and erasing all of the data so I could transfer the data to my new iPad. It was so easy I could hardly believe it! Thank you Dan!!!

Great Service! We wanted to get rid of our current internet/ cable company but had no idea how to switch to streaming (you tube). Total Tech came out twice - first time told us which tvs needed roku/fire sticks. Next time showed us how to use them.

I finally have a TV that works!! The installer, KB was a delight and made sure I was happy before he left. He took the defective TV with him (thank goodness) and now it's all good!

They came and conquered. They worked out the kinks in our system over a period of a couple hours and because of some miscommunication comped one set of HDMI cables to our account. Scheduling was a little difficult but all is well.

Honestly, we’re thrilled with Geek Squad. With our experience so far we’ll always remain as customers. The service and help we’ve received has been fantastic.

The agents replaced the faulty HDMI cable with one that works very well and has solved the audio problems. They also checked out everything to be sure it was working right. Their appearance and attitude made them welcome to my home.
