Like always the agents came in and did their jobs professionally and expertly. They also answered my questions about the new TV.

The agents replaced the faulty HDMI cable with one that works very well and has solved the audio problems. They also checked out everything to be sure it was working right. Their appearance and attitude made them welcome to my home.

Just love your agents, the are so helpful, and patient. They always get the work done right away and ALWAYS ask is there anything else that might need work while we are here.

Geek Squad ably connected all devices to the receiver and determined the different on/off procedures for each. A difficult task as there is old and new tech combined. Appreciate his abilities and effort to make things work.
