Geek Squad Rip-off
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad was somewhat helpful when setting up my devices; however, when a problem occurred with the antenna for one of the TVs the geek recommended that I purchase a second device to solve the problem. I was charged for the second set-up visit even though it was part of the entire set-up process. The devices worked for 2 and half weeks, then completely stopped working. I called to get assistance and was told that I would have to pay for a 3rd Geek Squad service call to attempt to solve the issue. The Geek Squad service is a total rip-off!
