The agent enabled our fire stick to be plugged into a separate adapter from our TV which is mounted on the wall. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Great service!

The agent hooked up my Roku device and gave me a brief tutorial. He was respectable and professional. He did come in earlier than expected but it all worked out. It was a very simple hook up and so he was in and out in less than no time. I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to J Jaison.

The agents connected a Roku device to my mom‘s TV and gave her instructions on how to utilize it so she could watch more programs with less confusion about the remote. They were very patient and kind and helped by pre-programming her favorite channels.

I thought I would be able to hook my new BluRay/DVD player to my tv by myself. I was wrong. I called for the Geek Squad, and I think my rescuer came two days later. He figured out the problem and I didn't spend a lot of time going crazy. Thank you Geek Squad. It was worth the price.

the agent did some fiddling with my settings that obviously needed to be done and, being tech illiterate i couldn't do them. he did and now i am a happy camper. thanks geek squad

The service guy sent to install the Amazon fire stick was such a very nice, helpful guy. He was very accomodating in all our questions and clarifications.

Excellent service as usual. The agent arrived at our house in time. We received a phonecall to say he was on his way. He explained how the DVD player worked and how the Remote control worked to get the videos playing on the TV. Thank you very much for your help.

The agents troubleshooted the hook up with our new TV. The replaced the items necessary fir it to function properly and gave me some additional tips on some pretty cool functions I wasn't even aware of.

The agent disconnected my other devices, and set us up for tv only. He was extremely courteous and helpful with his advice. Before he left our home, he told us we could have a no-cost review and pricing to reset our other electronic devices and he would notify Best Buy to arrange the consult. We have not heard from Best Buy.

The entertainment system we have in our living room area was originally set up by a member of the Geek Squad and which included using a Logitech Harmony device to control all of the components. Because we were switching from cable service to using a ROKU device, with YouTube TV, etc., we knew we would need a service agent from Geek Squad. Chris Atkins is the service agent who came to our home. Chris was absolutely wonderful and is a 10+ on a scale of 10 as far as we are concerned. He was very diligent in his work and that included having to take several steps to get all of the components of our entertainment system to work together and which also included updating the Logitech Harmony software. Chris is excellent and I would have no reservations in recommending him to anyone. Thank you, thank you!

I requested a Geek Squad visit to my home to install a newly acquired Apple TV system. After a successful installation, the following day no audio for at least 15 min after turning on my TV. Had numerous Geek Squad techs return and could not correct the problem. Today, we had successfully corrected the issue with the help of Geek Squad Tech - Lucas from the Las Cruces Best Buy Store. In addition he helped re-install a Sonos System that had a minor issue. A special thanks to Lucas for his full understanding of my problem and take the necessary corrective actions- great job

Geek squad very efficient. He knew exactly what he was doing so the installation went fast easy and smooth. He explained the new way of viewing our TV with a new remote and didn’t leave until he knew we were comfortable. I also appreciated the update letting me know that they were coming but running late.
