your agents were very polite and were very knowledgeable. They had me up and running quickly and explained how to use the Apple TV remote and helped to program Netflix and other services. I was very pleased with your service and will definitely use you again.

I bought the hue light sync box for my TV. It took 4 trips and 4 agents to get it hooked up. I was told everything from we’ll have to research this more to it won’t work with apple TV. No one would ever call back. I had to reschedule every appointment myself. The last agent that was here hooked it up in less than 10 minutes and it has worked perfectly ever sense.

Agent as very knowledgeable and helpful. Got all our problems fixed and answered many additional questions.

The tech man installed my new ROKU device, set up Netflix streaming and Spectrum App, assisted me with router login, and oriented me to new remote.

Jacob did a great job getting my Apple 4k TV with my television, my receiver, and speakers. It stopped working and he rewired everything and got it working perfectly. He did a wonderful job!

Jacob was profession, thorough, and went above and beyond to answer all questions. He did extra work by helping set up gaming programs for my grandsons.

Outstanding service. TV was quickly unboxed, set up and tied into all of our video audio equipment. All packaging and old tv was removed. Great communication prior to delivery.

I spoke with a CSR who confirmed my eligibility for various services on my account and Best Buy took care of the rest. I have two rooms each having two 55+ inches each with a DVD player and Apple TV. Both systems work.

This is mt 2nd time reviewing this. The agent (Matt) arrived late but then proceeded to check all the wiring, set it up, get it registered, run through operation, give a quickie education course on how it works and advice on potential future uses plus much, much more. He really knew his stuff.

Mark from the Geek Squad came to our home and installed the DVD player. He showed us how to work the devise! We liked Mark, very, very helpful, he is welcome back anytime!

Service person very knowledgeable. Zip zip and everything was done. Only problem I had was try to learn the procedure of turning off my DVD and returning to my Spectrum channel. Not being a tech geek my understanding and the explanation by the service person were not quite on the same frequency. My learning is by repetition and trial & error, but service person did not have adequate time.

Works well, only issue I have with it is that it is not easy for my fingers to handle when moving from the computer to the printer and so forth; for my liking it could be a built a bit more hardy.
