    Hooking up my new Samsung TV

    They said I needed a new remote and cable box, which I then obtained from Comcast. The tv would still not work, so I called them back, as they mentioned I could do, and told them what I did, and requested they return to complete their task. But they never came back, so I went to my computer guy and he did it with a lot less frustration. THey seemed to know their job, but they should stick to their word, if they give it. I am only about 4 miles from the Mall too.

    ONE SORRY SREVICE TECH

    Sorry service tech. Has not finished the job. Set in his service truck for over an hour then comes to my door to tell me he saw a wasp nest and cannot complete the job. Upon my inspection I found the nest was old and dormant. The tech told me to call him to reschedule then he had left. I have called his number and no answer. I now have wires hanging from the corners of my house. This makes number 4 of the times he has been out for this one job. This is very unacceptable.

    Bryan was helpful and has tried calling to follow up but remote does not work easily for TV and Apple TV

    Geek Squad was clueless

    Purchased a very expensive wall-mounted TV to stream trainings at my office. Will not stream. The "Geek Squad" was a waste of money and time. If my IT guy didn't happen to be there to help these agents, nothing would have been solved. Problem still not solved well. My IT guy came up with a work around.

    Geek Squad Troubleshooting

    Once Geek Squad arrived, Ricky found the problem quickly and I was grateful. But, prior, when originally scheduled, no one showed up or even called. No one came the following day.

    The apple tv system is alrady not working, of course when i call to get a tech sent to my house. Its going to be 2 weeks AND they gave a freekn window of 7am to 7pm who has time to sit and wait like this, i certainly dont!!

    The rating is on the actual antenna and not the Geek dude. We couldn't get it to work all of the time. Regular programs pixilated. I returned the antenna and bought a different one.
