I thought I would be able to hook my new BluRay/DVD player to my tv by myself. I was wrong. I called for the Geek Squad, and I think my rescuer came two days later. He figured out the problem and I didn't spend a lot of time going crazy. Thank you Geek Squad. It was worth the price.

The service was great. Tech was very knowledgeable and proficient, courteous and friendly.

Agents were knowledgeable and set up my remote to my sound system quickly. They explained how to use the remotes and were extremely patient in making sure I understood. These two were A+.

The techs did a great job on finding and correcting the problem The scheduling was a nightmare No problems Appointed one time thru scheduling. No one shows up Gave times when appointment made. Never correct Just a shitshow

The agents connected a Roku device to my mom‘s TV and gave her instructions on how to utilize it so she could watch more programs with less confusion about the remote. They were very patient and kind and helped by pre-programming her favorite channels.

Two TVs and a DVR were to be installed today. The installers were on time. The Order was incorrect and one of the TVs delivered were incorrect. The Techs started the installation, One tech continued working and one went to return the wrong TV, returned with the correct TV and continued installing. This was a longer process since it involved hardwiring into 2 rooms into the basement. They were beyond excellent. I have had Best Buy/Geek Squad membership for years; and promote it wholeheartedly. Final comment. My husband and I have not experienced such fine customer service, since…..we’ll, I don’t know when.

The guy was very helpful setting up this for me ! He was on time and very nice so happy With geek squad and my total tech would highly recommend this service for everyone!

After looking at all the wires coming out of the wall and knowing neither my husband nor I are techno savy, we decided to hire the geek squad to install our new TV, comcast box and DVD. It was a smart move! He had everything set up in no time, was friendly and polite, and best of all, showed us how to use everything!

I really like Danny for my Geek squad agent. He came out 6 months ago and installed my new TV and then just recently my Bluray player. HE KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING!!!! He answered ALL my questions, the installation was a quick job for him and he explained EVERYTHING I needed to know about my new unit!

Service call was satisfactory, but I'm having continuing problems with this Sony TV I bought at Best Buy in San Carlos less than a year ago. The latest problem is that the sound on live TV keeps going silent for long periods and often from the time the set is turned on. I hesitate called Geek Squad to come out because the set might work when they try it. I

Set up our three Roku devices and instructed how to YouTube etc.

I needed help to set up my new TV with my receiver's sound system. It worked with the old TV but not with the new one. The technician was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable & tried everything to make the system work as it should. Although he wasn't able to do that, he did a "work around" to get the system working. Good Job!

The installation of our Sony Blu-ray to be compatible with our Sony Smart television and Samsung sound bar went smoothly and the Geek Squad member did an excellent job of explaining its features.

DVD setup was right on time and the installer was very professional and showed me how to use it
