the agents installed my TV's and hooked up all my devices to my TV's. After they hooked up my devices they also showed me on how to get to my apps on my TV.

Technician was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done. We had all the cables needed so he just hooked up VCR and showed us how to be able to use remote to access VCR.

The Geek Squad agent solved all of my setup problems for my new TV and showed my wife and myself additional functions that we could perform with our new TV.

Chris set up my ROKU and did a fantastic job. He explained everything to me in layman's language and I greatly appreciated that. HE made sure I could work my new device and encouraged any questions I may have had.

Brian and Julian arrived promptly; they were very polite and knew what they were doing. They came, they saw, they conquered. Before they arrived, Brian told me that the part they were bringing, that I had ordered, was the wrong one. So, I went ahead a bought a new TV. They went back to the store to get it, saving extra trips. The new TV was installed, and mounted on the wall, using what the old one had been mounted. They even answered some incidental questions I had regarding the new system I was adjusting to. Both of them are amazing employees. Kudos the Brian and Julian.

TV and sound bar all in sync now. Audio and picture also in sync now.

The agents troubleshooted the hook up with our new TV. The replaced the items necessary fir it to function properly and gave me some additional tips on some pretty cool functions I wasn't even aware of.

The agent disconnected my other devices, and set us up for tv only. He was extremely courteous and helpful with his advice. Before he left our home, he told us we could have a no-cost review and pricing to reset our other electronic devices and he would notify Best Buy to arrange the consult. We have not heard from Best Buy.

The person that connected my dvd player to my tv was very, very nice and friendly. Also professional. He was very knowledgeable. He is a credit to your organization.

This setup is part of a series of problems encountered when I purchased a new smart TV. Even though it has been a long time getting straightened out every one of the techs has been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone who needs technical help
