the agent did some fiddling with my settings that obviously needed to be done and, being tech illiterate i couldn't do them. he did and now i am a happy camper. thanks geek squad

the Geek Person that came to my house was very professional. I wanted Netflix on my TV and did not realize that I already had it on optimum. All that needed to be done was set up optimum on my remote which he did. was very grateful. I ended up taking my fire stick back because I did not need it. I did this because I did not have a smart TV. Also did not know I can turn a TV into a smart TV using the fire stick. First time using Optimum so I did not know. Thank you.
