There were two gentlemen. They were both very courteous. The man in charge worked quickly and efficiently and were out of here in about 20 minutes. He helped me figure out how to access my DVD players on 2 smart TVs.

My geek did an excellent job fixed everything I needed and more

The young man was very helpful and knowledgeable. What I really liked was that he kept at it till he found the problem. Most men would have given up. But he made sure everything was right before he left.

We cannot say enough how wonderful these 2 men were. Curt and Damian arrived on time. They were so very efficient, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. That doesn’t sound even sound like enough adjectives. They worked together so well getting everything put up, set up and working. They had with them all we had ordered and correct instructions on where things went. They cleaned up everything and left here like they had never been here. Answered ALL our questions and made sure we understood where to call if we had issues. I brag on your wonderful Geek Squad to all my friends and wouldn’t buy my electronics anywhere else ❤️

Bought a Tablo (DVR) for streaming and wasn't sure how to hook it up so I went and got a professional who not only hooked it up, but also showed me how to operate it. The tech was so impressed with the device he was going to get one for himself too!

The agent went through the process with me on getting the Roku remote to control the TV. He got the sound to work and explained how to do it. He was an excellent teacher.
