If there wasn't a Geek squad, just put into a cave. Their knowledge and experience is awesome. The Geek Squad must contribute greatly to Best Buy sales.

The two Geek Squad technicians were very prompt and on time. They did an excellent job installing the Firestick on our TV and hooked up our printer to the internet and WiFi. The guys were very polite and professional. We will use the Geek Squad in the future if we need anything electronic or computer related installed.

The task was to set up my entertainment system after a move. The tech guy seemed to enjoy the setup, but couldn't get my Tivo set up. I was tasked with checking with Tivo, which I did. Technician promised to come back to finish the job, but never did.

The agents hooked up my personal computer to my tv and also installed a Apple tv device to help hook up the tv to the internet. Outstanding and professional service!

Our universal remote got out of sync somehow and resulted in not being able to get any TV .... in our main family room ... and we are retired so we watch a bit of TV these days! We called Geek Squad to discuss and after describing our situation the lady took us through a few procedures to try to get us back on track. Those did not work completely so she set us up an appointment within a couple of work days for a tech to come by and fix the remote and all the devices connected. Gee, that was easy so we now look forward to getting the remote working to control all those connections again.

Service was easy to schedule and I was kept up to date via text. The agent was efficient and affable.
