Agent Ive mounted my new TV and connected all my devices. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and then some. Can't say enough good about him. Oh, and it's a great TV as well.

I only use the Geek Squad. They are professional,knowledgeable & get it right the first time. They take time to explain how to use items if you are not familiar with all the features.

The agent set up my new sound bar and Blu Ray player. He obviously knew exactly what he was doing as he had everything functioning in a matter of minutes. He gave me instructions and time to practice using the system.

This setup is part of a series of problems encountered when I purchased a new smart TV. Even though it has been a long time getting straightened out every one of the techs has been on time, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone who needs technical help

The Techs were amazing. They were patient, friendly, and knew what to do with setting up TV, Roku, and Roku sticks. They were able to connect my laptop and phone to the TV. Great guys!

The Geek Squad agent was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to get all of my devices working together properly. Now the sound is coming through the home theater sound system and I can enjoy my movies and programs again.

As always, Parker did an excellent job! He installed our antenna quickly and easily.

Agent tried to connect cable from exfinity but was unable to so xfinity gave us the wrong cable nox

Service was easy to schedule and I was kept up to date via text. The agent was efficient and affable.

Danny is excellent! He came and finished my set up, tested the system and it worked! Love that he was wearing booties:-)
