Very satisfied with service and have used them before .

The agents mounted my TV and connected it up. At a later date , they came and helped walk me through how to use apps on the TVs when I switched off of cable television .

Brian came & I couldn't have asked for any better service. He was patient, took his time to answer my many questions, and left me feeling that the $100.00 I spent was well worth it. I'm glad he was sent to my house that day.

Hooked up my vcr quickly and efficiently. Im very pleased with the job.

Joseph took time to research my Tivo system and put it together perfectly. He helped me understand how to use it and even came back when I couldn't get part of it to work. I will use the Geek squad again. The exceeded my expectations!

Game device set up was done very efficiently and quick.

Arriving in their Covid 19 protective garb, the 2 Geek Squad guys mounted our new Samsung 82" TV on our new movie room wall in the exact spot we wanted it. They then connected it up to our AT& T-TV device making sure it was also connected to our Wi-Fi. Then fine tuned everything, before giving us basic instruction on the use of the various remotes, etc. Finally they cleaned up any wire cuttings, packaging materials, and excess hardware. And finally wiped down all areas they had come in contact with with sanitizer. Well done, with safety of all in mind.

It was set up in 20 minutes. We did not get instructions on how to run the smart tv. Had to call Geek Squad for setup. Would have been better to install and set up at same time. Had to wait an extra week to use.

The agents set up the new Xfinity boxes on my TVs. The first tech (Cody) recognized immediately that Xfinity had not sent the right box for my main TV, and he talked with Xfinity to straighten it out and get the correct box sent out. When I got the 2nd box, I re-scheduled, and Sean installed both boxes and made sure everything was working correctly, They were great, and a godsend for this tech-challenged senior. Thanks!

They always do a great job. Very professional. They always answer all my questions and help me figure out things about the device. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

The geek who came is named Michael. He was fantastic and took care of us so well. My husband is 84 and at times is stuck in the 1960's. Michael took the time to explain everything about the Roku he installed for us, and make my husband try a few things a couple of times each so he could understand. He even went so far as custom naming our HDMI inputs to "cable box" and "Roku" so we couldn't get confused. If I could request him, specifically, I would - and if I need help again, I will try to.

Agent did excellent job of explaining how to use the Sony Blu-Ray player.
