The technicians that came to my house were fantastic. They knew what they were doing, punctual, polite and clean. What I didn’t like was the price I was charged by Best Buy. I paid an annual fee for what was always free Geek Squad service. I will not renew it in the future.

The Geek squad was efficient and personable and perfect. And they spoke English clearly! I could never have done what they did and so efficiently. They tested everything. Cleaned up after themselves and even write a mask because someone in the house is on chemo. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these 2 from the Hialeah office. Christina was one of them. The agent programmed my remote control to all my devices and taught me how to use it. He was very patient and attentive to my needs.

Connected my sound bar and adjusted the settings and instructed me in how to adjust it. Also discovered and fixed a problem connection between the TV and the cable.
