Set up was easy once they showed us how. Great video synced with sound.

Geek Squad was exceptionally professional, and very attentive to the needs of their customer, me. They were on time, and new exactly what was needed to be done and also spent time answering my questions. One of the team members left me his name and phone number in case I had and questions. And I did a week later, called him and he returned my call immediately. So glad I am a subscriber to the Tech team.

ALL of the staff at the College Station store are EXCELLENT representatives of your chain. Everyone from the managers to the installers and repair people go above and beyond to accommodate my unique situation. The "call center", on the other hand, are useless and make getting ANYTHING done almost an impossibility.

Excellent customer service from installers saw my equipment and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.They arrived as scheduled on time.

Geek squad inspected my Apple TV connection and reset them. The connection settings were my problem. In doing so I regain access to my feed and can watch programs again. Thank you very much and your guys did a great job!

We can't say enough good things about Nick and John! Excellent technicians! We struggled with an unstable internet connection for 2 years. We called the provider and TV support (LG)...no help...pass the buck! As a last resort, we connected with Chris (top guy) and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Techs, Nick and John were dispatched and 1 1/2 hours later, problem solved! We have used Best Buy Geek Squad several times and they NEVER disappoint. Investing in Total Tech is the best money I have ever spent.
