Polite on time and efficient Geeks!!! I'd recommend!

The technician was very knowledgeable and set up our new receiver perfectly. She also set up the remote controls to operate as easily as possible.

The technicians setup the Firestick to the television quickly and answered my questions patiently and thoroughly.

Dan & Derek did a great job setting up my Verizon 5G internet service and adjusting my TV antenna. They were professional and courteous!

Geek Squad was exceptionally professional, and very attentive to the needs of their customer, me. They were on time, and new exactly what was needed to be done and also spent time answering my questions. One of the team members left me his name and phone number in case I had and questions. And I did a week later, called him and he returned my call immediately. So glad I am a subscriber to the Tech team.

The geek who came is named Michael. He was fantastic and took care of us so well. My husband is 84 and at times is stuck in the 1960's. Michael took the time to explain everything about the Roku he installed for us, and make my husband try a few things a couple of times each so he could understand. He even went so far as custom naming our HDMI inputs to "cable box" and "Roku" so we couldn't get confused. If I could request him, specifically, I would - and if I need help again, I will try to.

The agents got my home networking and 5 TV;s set up, running and tested to my satisfaction prior to leaving. They did everything they said they would do. Received consistent notifications of arrival time as well.

The agents set up a remote infrared device for my TV.

I am not a techie so I needed a Geek person to install my ROKU for me. He did so very competently and took the time to patiently teach me how to use the new (to me) device. I have complete confidence in his performance.

Our Geek Squad technician, Barron, was the very best! He knew all the answers to our questions, was quick in getting the remote programmed & showing us all the tweeks of our new Sony TV. Barron was neat & respectful too

Chris from 3rd party helped me adding cameras to hub nest and mirroring my cellphone to tv. He,s the best.
