I needed help setting up my new Roku with my smart TV. I had 2 people come and they were excellent.

The 2 agents that installed our 85-inch Sony TV and full motion wall mount were outstanding. They measured everything and made sure my VCR player worked and that we were connected to the internet. Now we can cast pictures from my computer to that huge TV screen. They then tied all cables together in a neat bundle. Those 2 guys even wore shoe covers in the house on our carpet. You should give them a pay raise. Great job Best Buy.

We're a lot ignorant when it comes to new technology. Our Greek Squad representative was understanding and patient and got our devices started and working for us. He was very knowledgeable and quick.

I purchased 2 flat screens and a stand for the larger one for my rental condo. Scheduled delivery, set up, installation, connection to various devices, haul away old tube TVs, etc. through my Total Tech Support. The geek squad tech actually called me the night before to verify exactly what I needed (amazing!). He was on time, professional, courteous, and honest. The DVR/VCR was an older model and not compatible with the new TV’s so he made sure the account was credited (not knowing it was free in my total tech support).

The agents set up a remote infrared device for my TV.

Some of the best quality work I've ever seen. Technician were very knowledgeable and took great pride in the installation. They went way above and beyond to insure that I was happy. Took the time to explain what they were doing and why it had to be done that way. Explained how to operate my devices, and did not rush through anything. If i could remember there name I would definitely request them to come back for future installations.

Removed all the old vcr/dvd cables and player, and then installed the new Blu-ray player. They also made sure it was functioning properly. Thanks geek squad.

The Geek Squad Guys did a great job replacing our old Blu-ray DVD player with our new 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray DVD player. It was more than a simple swap out as they needed remove the old DVD player from our existing surround sound system and connect and recalibrate the new player to both the old surround sound system and our new 4K HDR OLED TV. In short order they had everything working, playing and sounding awesome!

The agents installed a DVD player to our TV that goes through a sound bar that we could not figure out. They followed all of the COVID 19 rules and were extremely nice.
