The team who installed our Kitchenaid were wonderful. They removed the old dishwasher and hooked up the new one seamlessly and were very personable. They left the floor spotless which I also appreciated.

The 2 agents that installed our 85-inch Sony TV and full motion wall mount were outstanding. They measured everything and made sure my VCR player worked and that we were connected to the internet. Now we can cast pictures from my computer to that huge TV screen. They then tied all cables together in a neat bundle. Those 2 guys even wore shoe covers in the house on our carpet. You should give them a pay raise. Great job Best Buy.

The Geek Squad that came to our home had to park in the next block due to infrastructure construction on our street. He arrived was pleasant set Roku up for us explained every thing. We are tech challenged he was very patient. We are very appreciative for his time and guidance. Have been enjoying Roku since thanks to him.

Connected my sound bar and adjusted the settings and instructed me in how to adjust it. Also discovered and fixed a problem connection between the TV and the cable.

I needed help setting up my new Roku with my smart TV. I had 2 people come and they were excellent.

Mahindra was excellent. He called early to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was extremely polite, and set up the 3 port HDMI quickly. During the installation, he walked me through the process, and answered any questions I had. He also had me switch between the devices, so that I was confident that I could use the product easily. he was very patient.

We can't say enough good things about Nick and John! Excellent technicians! We struggled with an unstable internet connection for 2 years. We called the provider and TV support (LG)...no help...pass the buck! As a last resort, we connected with Chris (top guy) and he immediately diagnosed the problem. Techs, Nick and John were dispatched and 1 1/2 hours later, problem solved! We have used Best Buy Geek Squad several times and they NEVER disappoint. Investing in Total Tech is the best money I have ever spent.

The agent set up my DVR and related equipment and explained the operation steps as well.

Verizon sent us 3 unsolicited “new” set top boxes. Jake of the Geek Squad came to the house to install them for us. He was very professional & told me a lot about the boxes provided to us. I would give him more than 5 stars if it were possible.
