Agent tried to connect cable from exfinity but was unable to so xfinity gave us the wrong cable nox

Verizon sent us 3 unsolicited “new” set top boxes. Jake of the Geek Squad came to the house to install them for us. He was very professional & told me a lot about the boxes provided to us. I would give him more than 5 stars if it were possible.
