Very professional individuals. Knew exactly what to do to fix my TV.

Anthony was our Geek Squad Rep and had called to verify appointment before arriving. He explained the process of the LG TV installation as he was doing it and answered all our questions (we had quite a few) and made sure we understood how to access anything we wanted on the TV including apps like Disney+ and Netflix. He also was able to install our blue-ray neatly into our existing audio/visual stack. Professional and friendly service - glad we chose to go with Geek Squad.

The Geek Squak technicians are always courteous and knowledgeable regarding the products that they are installing.

The guys installed my new new router and Apple TV device quickly and efficiently. They got all systems up and running and got me connected to all the apps I wanted, plus helped me connect up all my wifi dependent devices including my printer. They answered all my “Boomer issue” questions with patience and didn’t leave until I understood 100% how to navigate everything. I am very happy with my much improved wifi and the ease now with which I can stream the films/programs I enjoy. Both of them great guys who did a great job!

Agent installed my DVD player and hooked it up to my tv and told me how I could mirror my laptop to my tv, too.

The agent installed two Fire Sticks for me. He did all the installation and helped me will getting enrolled with HULU.

If this is for Luis, he did a good job of explaining and showing us how to use features on the tv. However we are still not able to get Bally sports as promised

Installation and calibration of Starlink satellite

The technician was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He took time to explain each step of the process in getting to the results we were wanting. He showed us the connections that were needed and the cables with their various names of the kinds of terminals. He was never condescending of our low level of technical knowledge.

Curtis was our technician and he was wonderful to work with. He answered all our questions, asked questions before performing the work, and did a great job. I hope he gets points for being polite, courteous, and efficient. He brought a new TV for us that we purchased from Best Buy and also moved our older TV to the bedroom and totally set it up. Everything is working beautifully.

The Geek Squad was able to organize and make simpler all the wires on the back of the TV and work with us on understanding new remote, etc.

Representative from Geek Squad was able to set up my mother's Roku device very quickly as I failed to be able to instruct her on how to do so over numerous phone calls. Expensive but cheaper than a flight to Florida to do it for her. Thank you
