I'm back to enjoying my video library of over 200 video's thanks to Chris and team installation of my new Sony 43" TV. I also had added the apple box and with ease they were able to connect my Blue Ray and yep my VCR. Awesome! Thank you for have such an expert team.

We now have cut the cord. Saving over $50. per month. The programs are what we watch and it was so easy. Doug came and then the Geek squad and we are dish free.

If this is for Luis, he did a good job of explaining and showing us how to use features on the tv. However we are still not able to get Bally sports as promised

the best buy agent is very knowledge able and has setup my home theater in the past twice. And has helped me with all my questions that I have for her. It was very easy to set up and walked me through the steps as needed.

The agent installed quickly and efficiently installed the Chromecast with Google TV (HD) unit I had purchased. However, the $139.09 service fee for a 45-minute installation of $30 device to my TV was excessive in my opinion.

The Greek Squad Associate was on time, personable and set up our new Roku quickly. before leaving he took enough time to demonstrate those things we needed to know to operate it successfully.

Installation went quickly and smoothly. Also, it was helpful to have the Best Buy folks pick up the old clothes dryer and Sony Console TV for disposal. Saved by back a lot of pain.

Great setup help. Well mannered and careful of my home and the installation of the TV. Even left a phone number in case I had any problems!
