I called Geek Squad on the afternoon of Friday, March 4th and was fortunate enough to be helped over the phone by Marietta. She set up an in-home appointment (order # 1122063650584) for me on March 5th, the very next day. Wow! She also found a discount which lowered the cost of the appointment. Marietta's outstanding customer service made MY day. I am writing this revie to make sure that Best Buy knows what a "gem" they have in Marietta.

We were very pleased with Daniel who came to install our Roku Express equipment to the televisions that were not a Smart tv. He was on time and explained how to use them and answer all of our questions. He was given limited info on his work order, but after explaining our situation he got the job accomplished. We appreciated the work that he did for us.

this TV was a gift from my family to my Aunt in Florida and you Installation Team did an exceptional job not only setting up unit for her successfully but aided me in making it a ChristMas SURPRISE for her!! They were respectful and accomodating to her needs and even recommended another unit that would help make her viewing experience more beneficial!

The Geek Squad that installed my two TV's were GREAT!! They took ther time and made sure everything was done right the first time and that I was happy with everything when they wer done. They offer a option to cover the wire that wer hanging below the TV's. The option looked great and worked wonderfully. I have used the Geek Squad for at least 10 years in multiple cities and have nevder had any problem with the service or quality of ther work.

The agent was very thorough in his explanation of Roku and answering questions we had. Both he and his assistant were very professional. They along with my wife and I wore masks and stayed a safe distance from one another. Even though my wife and I do not have COVID or any of the symptoms. In the end, my wife and I decided not to have Roku installed. He told us that we would be credited the $199.98 service charge since no installation of Roku occurred. They left after fifteen minutes, There are no photos to add.

We were changing to streaming TV and it was done in a timely manner. Instructions were given and he had us try every TV and option to be sure all was working and we understood how to use it. Very satisfied.

I'm back to enjoying my video library of over 200 video's thanks to Chris and team installation of my new Sony 43" TV. I also had added the apple box and with ease they were able to connect my Blue Ray and yep my VCR. Awesome! Thank you for have such an expert team.
