Geek Squad was great helping us to understand how to use our projector. They answered all our questions and were very thorough.

The gentleman who installed my TV wall mount and TV did an excellent job! He was also gracious to explain a few things and answered every question I had. He was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. When he left, I had no issues with my Roku TV, the Roku remote, and my cable TV and was able to use my TV without any issues or unanswered questions.

I scheduled an appointment to coincide with purchase/delivery of product....paid someone to house sit for the appointment. GS was called and I was told "sorry, new software caused problem." Really, GS has a software hiccup. Regardless, the item was installed and the BB Store Manager said they would reimburse the GS charges since I paid to have someone at the house, TWICE. Guess what, the charges were never cancelled. The only reason GS gets 3 stars is the installation was completed....plugging in a ROKU device....but the service planning and execution get a 0 stars. This damage control (refund) gets a 0 as well. I'll use Amazon in the future - no results, no pay!

The agent installed quickly and efficiently installed the Chromecast with Google TV (HD) unit I had purchased. However, the $139.09 service fee for a 45-minute installation of $30 device to my TV was excessive in my opinion.

John&Michelle were awesome, visualizing the way to organize the numerous cables so that now we are able to utilize our soundbar and all the components. They answered all my questions and walked me though the set up. Kudos to Best Buy Total Care!

the best buy agent is very knowledge able and has setup my home theater in the past twice. And has helped me with all my questions that I have for her. It was very easy to set up and walked me through the steps as needed.

Yes it costs extra but it is well worth especially when your cable connections to the old installation look like a Gordian knot . They installed the smart TV and programmed it for me, educated me on how to use it and its full capabilities. Prior to that they have also installed the older system Everything is done to perfection. They show up on time and will not leave until you are satisfied. It is well worth the time especially if you are getting up in age and are sometimes befuddled by silverware settings.

The agents installed all of the equipment we ordered expertly, and it is working well. They also gave us instruction in its use.

Agent removed DVD and VCR from one TV and hooked them up to another TV in order to hook up new DVD player to 1st TV. Made sure we knew how to operate remotes in order to play devices. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, unhurried. Removed a lot of extra cables not being used.

I had a VERY HEAVY old Sony analog TV to be taken away before the install of my entire new system. The squad sent 2 techs as I hoped they would as I did not want to see anybody hurt their back! They called the day before providing an arrival estimate and did an efficient job of install. They were able to answer all my questions and overall were very professional and pleasant! I am so glad I did not try to do this myself!

The gentlemen who came out to set up our system - 75" TV, universal remote, sound bar, DVD player, and cable box - were amazing! They came in and got started immediately. They were so efficient and completed the work beautifully! They carefully gathered up all the boxes and materials and took it with them. Once everything was hooked up, they made sure Prime and Netflix were connected and then took time to show me how the universal remote worked. I can't say enough good things about this service.
