It was necessary that I add d elivery and had them remove my old TV as it was way to heavy for me to move on my own. They did not complain about it weight or having to take it away. If Best Buy did not have this su=ervice, I probably would have bought the same TV else where if the price was lower.

The young man was excellent and he helped me the best he could.....he informed me I needed fire sticks and got a refund on one of my roku devices because there was 1 firestick in his truck . I still have the other 2 rokus not sure I can get my money back on those because at that time you had to go in to the store for a refund, my health prevented me from doing that.

Geek Squad installed Roku very quickly on two TVs, replacing the cable boxes. They called ahead and arrived on time. They also assisted with downloading Spotify on one of the TVs, which was an added bonus. They were careful, respectful (removed their shoes) and really nice guys. We appreciated their assistance.

The agent did a good job of installing the dvd player and showed my wife how to play dvd’s. However the old dvd player was set up with tv’s apps, Netflix etc. The apps are not on the new player and we have no idea of how to get them. Would have been great if installer had done that, or at least how to get them.

The tech was very knowledgeable and got all my components working together as they should.

First time it was two people and they were here for 3 hours due to the inability to exchange xfinity router with netgear as unable to pick up signal and having to wait on cell phone with xfinity. But othereise they were great with new roku Tv set up and switching all tv’s in home to streaming

Much les complicated than old DVD player. The Technician who installed the player was thorough, polite and explained everything fully. He was terrific!!!

The geek squad not only mounted the TV but also added the exterior devices. They set up the TV in a very timely manner, checked everything out and made sure we knew how to operate the systems before they departed. Well worth the money to have the pros hook up the system.

The Geek Squad representive took time and was MOST helpful in transferring data from our old computer to our new purchased computer from Best Buy!! He was very knowledgeable and explained the features of it to my wife and I. You have a very valuable employee and because of the great service we received, we will continue to shop at Best Buy!!!
