After we had bought a new 2020 smart tv and 5 year warranty through our local Best Buy we had the Geek Squad send a lady member out to set up the new tv with some added channels through the internet like Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN along with our regular subscription channels like Netflix, Amazon Prime and a few others that were on the tv. The lady was real professional at her job and was done in no time. I do not know her name but kudo's to this lady and her fast work!

Angela Was was the Geek Squad member who installed our Roku Stick and connected our new TV to our existing DVD/VCR recorder. She did an excellent job setting everything up and making sure that we knew how to operate the various devices and remotes. She was an excellent Geek Squad employee.

Tech was very helpful and very patient. He fixed the problem and found a better solution for us to use even tho it takes using multiple remotes. Works better and we get to use the "voice" command, which has been wonderful. We are so thrilled to have our home theatre system all working again, and it was such a simple solution. It was so worth the repair cost.
