The agent hooked my DVD player up to my TV and provided helpful operational hints.

Both your Agents were great!!! Upon arrival they insured safety they put shoe covers on and their mask, they identified themselves they went right to the problem, they corrected everything that needed to be fixed and they explained to me what had happened and how to avoid any future problems they were fantastic please keep these guys on the payroll they deserve a raise thank you

Curt and Damian could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Their expertise is incredible. They were so efficient and patient and worked so well together that all our TVs were set up and moved in no time. They took us through how to navigate each one. Just incredible the service they provided. These 2 are KEEPERS and such a valuable asset to Best Buy.

Netflix kept failing to work on my large TV. Geek Randall came to fix the problem. He knew exactly what was wrong, saying that he knew it as soon as he learned my address. Apparently it is a regional problem. He entered all kinds of identifications--passwords for service, my identifications, etc. Netflix came to life. It was an expensive fix. I was charged more than the usual amount.

Glad we took the install package. Justin and Quienten did a great job, professional and entertaining. Doing well so far in working our equipment.

Josh from Geek Squad did a great job on setting up my new Harmony remote to my home theater system!

The Geek squad rep was fantastic and taught me how to use everything. One downside: I texted him after the service call, as he indicated to me that I could contact him—that he was there to answer any questions. I texted him 3X over s couple of days and saw he read my messages, but he never responded. I was so disappointed as he did such a good job. MY QUESTION; I asked him why I had to use 3 remotes with Apple Tv ( because my Sony TV was HDMI but 10 years old), and, if I got a new TV (which I would OF COURSE get from Best Buy). if then I would only need one remote for all. Never got a response. So disappointed as he was such a nice guy and did a grest job,

I can't say enough good things about the Geek Squad men that came out to set up our new TV and Soundbar. John and Tom did such a great job! While installing they told us just what they were doing and how the items will work. Then they showed us just how to work each remote and what to do if it did what ever. They were great!!

The Geek Squad guys delivered and set up my TV quickly. They patiently went over the remote, how to add apps, and other information I needed. I got an email later asking if I had questions. Great service! I could not have done this by myself.

The technician who set up our TV was warn and friendly along being knowledgeable and professional! We appreciate you!
