These people are the greatest. They have set up my new computer, monitor, router, printer, and 2 new TV's. As a senior, I wouldn't have been able to do this. They were polite, patient, informative, and extremely helpful. Set up was smooth, everything works, We are extremely happy. So worth the money spent for total tech.

My poor hearing led me to buy quality sound equipment, and Geek Squad representative Ryan came to my home and made some recommendations that have been well worth the investment. I later met with him in the store where he explained the pros and cons of various products as they relate to improved audio. Ryan knocked it out of the ballpark.
