Steve is an amazing agent. He called when we first set our appointment to be sure he would have all supplies needed for the job. On the day of mounting our tv and hooking up all of our devices, he was right on time. He did a phenomenal job mounting and hooking up everything, answering all of our questions. He and his partner were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job.

The agents mounted my TV and connected all the devices. The work was neat and clean. Not just a bunch of cords behind the TV. They researched additional items and informed us of options. They were very enthusiastic about going over the TV controls again. I’ve always been a guy that likes to do all my own work but when it comes to the geek squad it sure is easy.

Your "geek" was very knowledgable and efficient. I am enjoying my Roku programs, expecially the much smaller cable bill! Thanks. Also, I will be coming in for another antenna for my bedroom TV, which is not a Roku but, hopefully, I will be able to get some local channels on it.

The agent that came followed all Covid protocols and used booties within the home. He was respectful, personable, and knowledgeable providing expertise in setting up the equipment and in showing how to make the most efficient use of each item. I would be more than happy to work with him again. He was from the Geek Squad, unfortunately you will need to look up his name, since it is not on the papers.

I had problems for several weeks and finally decided to call the Geek Squad. The phone conversation helped me locate the problem others could not do. Kudos to the Geek Squad. A visit to the store verified the deflective part.

Friendly and complete service provided for a reasonable price. Everything I purchased was set up correctly as well as other items already in my home. Answered any question I had in understandable language. Programmed the remotes and gave me a personal tutorial in how to use them. Only small gripe is that they could have cleaned up the little pieces of styrofoam better.

Agents installed ROKU, made sure I knew how to use it, and gave me some good tips.
