The agent explained "streaming" in language an 85 year old could understand! We decided that we would continue with cable since costs were about the same and we wouldn't have to learn a a new system! He gave us the confidence we needed. I returned the streaming device to Best Buy for refund.

The agent hooked up our new Roku and did so in a seamless fashion.

The two people that came to our house (Alicha Cribbs and Aaron) were awesome! They were intelligent and very knowledgeable on the items we bought. They helped us with learning all the features on the products we bought. She also sold us on some additional products. They are the best!

Now…how can I get my grandson to play with it. Now how late is too late to return it?

The Best Buy Technical provided us with professional, courteous, Installation of our 85" tv, sound bar and console. We could have had better service. The team arrived on time for the appointment and completed the work in a timely manner. They protected our floors at all times. A commendable job!

Roku stick was installed 4/5/23 and continue to have issues. Geek squad returned and made some changes and was working but a few days later had more problems. I wonder if it’s the Roku stick! Geek squad has been very patient and helpful! Hopefully this will be resolved soon!

The Squad was on time. They were able to get my older "smart" TV software updates current and working. The new one was a cinch! So we didn't need the Fire Stick we purchased, so they returned to the store for our refund! Thanks to the Total Tech membership, no charges!

The technician was very professional and safety cautious by wearing a mask. She was very knowledgible. She got our VHS/DVD running very quickly. Then set up Wifi and net very quickly. Previously, the Geek Squad delivered, installed my tv and speakers doing a great job, working quickly, neatly concealing wires and explaining the operation of the equipment. I am 100% satisfied.

Two of the TVs are programed well considering we had to install the antenna outside ourselves and didn't know where to aim it. But... the third very important TV was not either programmed right or the TV chosen by your representative during an earlier consult visit is not capable to getting the signals. An older TV does, however work. When I tried to call for assistance to see what is wrong, I am placed on hold for a very elongated time and that is not up to what I think is Best Buy Standards that we are use to have anyhow.

Alberto and his fellow team member did a wonderful job installing 2 Nest Thermostats, 2 Nest doorbells and 2 Chrome for two older tvs. They made sure everything was working well with my Google Home and clearly explained how everything worked. Add to this that it was all covered by our Total Tech membership and we are very satisfied customers.

Every experience I've had with the Geek Squad has been wonderful. I don't know what I would do without them. With technology advancing all the time it's comforting to have someone to rely on to keep my products working and to talk to concerning my operation and the blending of the equipment.

Great job in getting Alexa and our new Sony Bravia TV to control.

The agent was knowledgeable and very professional. We are not tech savvy so the agent explained the new device to us and installed the device on our tv. He answered our questions and gave us suggestions.

The agent Michael isthe best in the business. Their has not been a time he has not been able to solve my problems, and i have been able to bring someone else who is satisfied with his service also.
