I thought I had issues with the Firestick. I was prepared to have a new one installed. But the agent determined that, somehow, another person’s account had become commingled with mine and he erased that account. Everything worked properly after that.

First rate job by Geek Squad, as usual. Kept us informed from the day before until the morning of about his schedule and when he would be arriving. Fixed what needed fixing efficiently, answered questions cheerfully, generally provided us with a great customer experience.

First visit showed need for purchase of FireTV remote. After purchase, second visit was handled quickly and successfully.

Installer was on his game and the process went very smooth.

The agent, Dom, diagnosed that our TV wasn't picking up the cable signal because of a faulty HDMI cable. Since the TV is mounted on the wall, he told us the length cable to buy. We rescheduled a time, and lucky for us, Geek Squad sent Dom again to feed the cable through the wall and connect it, something we couldn't do ourselves. Very efficient and excellent service.
