Great job in getting Alexa and our new Sony Bravia TV to control.

The technician was very professional and safety cautious by wearing a mask. She was very knowledgible. She got our VHS/DVD running very quickly. Then set up Wifi and net very quickly. Previously, the Geek Squad delivered, installed my tv and speakers doing a great job, working quickly, neatly concealing wires and explaining the operation of the equipment. I am 100% satisfied.

While i am already paying for tech support with Geek Squad the price was quite excessive for 5 minutes discussion.

I had the good fortune to have both Seth and Beau as my installers. Seth had remembered that he was my TV installer in January 2019 ! With the same expertise and the same patience, both Seth and his co worker Beau, set up my new TV, my new DVD, and relocated my former TV to another area in my home.
