The Geek Squad did a great job restoring my Airplay connection from my Apple laptop through Apple TV component (purchased at Best Buy) to my Samsung TV (also purchased at Best Buy. The basic problem is my low computer IQ. The Geek Squad made sure I understood the simple procedure to complete the Airplay connection. They were very helpful and patient. Thank you.

The agent was helpful and polite. I do believe he had some difficulty with Comcast since the TV isn't listed on their connection link. Now I have a new Comcast box and had considerable problems connecting the remote for this with my FireTV It seems my Alexa remote isn't paired with my new remote either,, very frustrating!

Te fellows needed to help me find out the lost or loose connection from my cable box to my tv. they listened to my explanation & found the disconnected wire and reconnected. they also helped by assisting in making sure everything worked properly again.

Technician set up our TV and DVD player and accessories..

Everybody told me I could install a Roku stick myelf. NOT TRUE. Geek squad guys did it and showed me how to use it in less than an hour.
