The guys that came out to do this were very knowledgeable and made some great recommendations for us.

Maricella was very knowledgeable, thorough, and conscientious during her visit. She taught us the user friendly operations of our television and soundbar. There was also a problem with Netflix, which she resolved at the time. However, the problem reoccurs intermittently and may require another visit from Maricella.

The two technicians installed a chromecast on our TV and set it up and showed us how to work it. The TV was mounted on the wall and they had to remove it to get to the proper HDMI port and USB port for power. The techs were friendly, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Total Tech support is a great thing to have.

These guys were great! Professional set up done with care. The overall job was high quality. They mounted a 50” TV over a fireplace. Looks great. They also hooked the TV into the cable and set up Netflix and other services. They gave nice easy explanations on how to access everything. I highly this Geek Squad.

Couldn't get the job done on the first visit but that wasn't so bad. Took another visit from a rather abrupt young man to finish the job.....all is well now.

I rely on the Geek Squad of BestBuy for a variety of choices when I have issues with my laptop and fire stick. It is difficult for me, at my age, to keep up with techno knowledge. Thank you for your dedication and services.

Agent reconnected Netflix with router, in simple manner!

We received excellent service! Both technicians were very personable and polite. The setup was very fast and they were very helpful teaching me the basics of using my new television and patiently answered all of my questions.

Jimmy, the Geek Squad representative, was a pleasure to work with. He set up all 3 remotes, made sure they worked and then was very patient in explaining the remote operation. Oh, and Jimmy had an awesome sense of humor.

The agent hooked up my 20-year-old Home Theatre System perfectly. I was very happy with his service.

The agents removed and remounted my old TV over the fire place. Mounted new TV where the old one was mounted. Programed both TV's, provided instructions and answered all my questions. Even gave me his cell phone number if I needed to contact him. Service like this you don't get anymore.

The agents connected my VCR and DVD player to the device that I had purchased from Best Buy. At first they couldn't get it to work but I gave him another DVR VCR combo and they seem to set it up and it work, although the salesperson I purchased this device from assured me that it was going to work with my other VCR, but the agency didn't seem to think so and said I needed another one. Not wanting to buy another one I just gave them another VCR DVD that I had

Installed antenna device and provided training in how to use remote.

The GEEK squad came to my home to connect a DVD player to my home theatre system. They showed up when they said they would, were professional, and treated me like a valued customer.
