The Geek Squad technician did a great job installing our DVD player and explaining its functions.

Took very little time, and the techs were super. They were super fast and saved me a ton of time.

the techs installed my tv on the wall and and set up all devices. the tech Chris Willeford was awesome. I gave me instructions about the equipment. gave me his card if I had any questions. I called him and he answered my questions. great service nice guys. they also liked my dog Lucie. LOL.

The agents were patient and listened to our problems, and they were careful to adhere to Covid precautions without being reminded. Although they were not able to provide a solution due to the limitations of the equipment that we purchased, we were glad to hear their advice and avoid days of research.

The agent set up my new wifi router and modem device, but it would not work. He then determined they sent me a device that runs on fiber which I do not have. Something I would never have been able to figure out my self. He uninstalled and reinstalled my old box.

One newly purchased HDMI COTD (from BB) . Very quick plug & play. Giovanni & Tanesha were outstanding. Home consultation prior to install by Darius Jackson was good but he didn’t push for Geek membership, which has great benefits. I purchased it during install.

The agents mounted my tv and hooked up Roku to three other TV's.

They installed and connected everything that needed to be done in a very short time and had everything working in a short visit. Have not had any problems with anything since.

These people were terrific: they were careful to explain parts I did not understand, help me get the best audio and video, and showed me some better ways of doing things. I rate this alone as an A+ [you must remember that I am an academic who does not do that very often.]

They were excellent with their workmanship and even better at offering their kindness, respect and assistance to us both.
