Russell did a great job of keeping us advised of his schedule and when he arrived. After arrival we explained what components of our system and he recommended the best way to connect and control them. After he was done he took the time to go thru each item so we knew how everything worked.

The amazing guys arrived on time, were very courteous, professional and efficient. They observed all personal safety measures and made sure the area was left clean. Before leaving, they made sure that not only the devices worked properly but we throughly understood how to operate them.

The Best Buy agents (Anton & Josh) delivered and mounted my two purchased TVs and made sure I was comfortable with the complete setup before they left. They also connected the VCR & DVD devices in record time.

Things went well. They couldn't hook up my Genesis, but they weren't coming here to do that.
