Excellent job and professional they knew what they were doing and fast

We have used the geek squad for every purchase at Best Buy. It is in part why we buy there. This is a long tale, but the short of it is the geek squad persons that have helped us are great ambassadors for Best Buy and provide a service for customers that is both expert and helpful in many ways.

I can't say enough about what a great job Justin and Lindsay did in setting everything they set up and connected! They made sure we knew how everything worked and asked if there was anything else they could help us with.

They did a nice job setting up the new tv and dvd player. they made sure it was hooked up to all our services, and everything was working .

This agent showed me how to use my remote and TV after owning it for a couple years. The remote is not self-explanatory and he showed what things operate and how to do it.

Everything was fine. They are very professional. Also very knowledgeable.

Geek Squad very helpful with going to TV streaming!

We had one tech and he was great. He very patiently explained everything to us and set the TV up perfect. He really knows his business, sorry I don't recall his name.Wonderful tech, really knows his business. He was very courteous and professional.

The IT guy, Jason, simplified the set-up for me...a lifesaver!

This was for a A/V receiver set up not a video. They done an excellent job of changing out the receivers and setting up the new one then explaining the features and how to use the new one.

I have forgot names. But i can say everyone in store as well as those who came into our home for installs . All have been informative and professional...The Dothan store really have 5star Employees. The Greeks are great and store floor employees are all very knowledgeable .

The Geek Squad representative installed the unit accurately and quickly like he had done it a thousand times before. I was impressed.

Geek Squad agents mounted the TV and made all necessary connects to the accessories. Both agents were very polite and professional. When the install was completed, they took the time to explain what was done and then proceeded to show how everything worked, I was very impressed.

The team was excellent. Nick met us at our house and listened to what we wanted. He then made recommendations and we are pleased with everything. The team that did the installation of several items also did an excellent job. They answered all questions before leaving. Communications thru-out the process were excellent and everyone was always on time and courteous.

I really appreciated Prestin and Eric. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way, they were respectful, friendly, considerate, careful and knowledgeable when answering my questions. Eric found a solution to the mounting that made the remote more convenient.

I got the tv after waiting 3 weeks.They were supposed to come and hang it on my wall.I didn’t know that I was supposed to purchase the equipment to hand it.They left my tv setup on the floor.I went to the store and the manager fixed my issue.I then had to wait 2 more weeks to get it mounted on my wall.They did a great job but told me I needed another piece.I will go to the store tomorrow and see what I need to do.

Unbelievable team that delivered, setup and educated us on our television. Being former educators for 40 years we know how difficult it is to work with others on a professional level. The team that we encountered was awesome. If they could be cloned someone would make billions!
