Cody and Bradley were excellent at what they do. They helped me to understand how to operate everything. They were wonderful and answered all my questions. After they left I was able to operate everything on my own. I would definitely have them install something again.

Never, used one before, but didn’t know, if you go , searching for shows , make sure , you stay away, from updated , shoes , & and movies , because apps, from that show , will start charging, after promotions end

The technician set up our premium channels. We had been told we needed a Roku box, but we didn't. He was able to connect us without it. He taught us about new technology for our knowledge.

SPENT A 150 DOLLARS TO FIND OUT THAT THE SOROUND COULD NOT BE MADE OPERATIONAL DUE AGE OF EQUIPMENT COSTLY AT BEST.

They had to come back as I had to buy a switch/hub for my tv but they did not charge me to complete the job and were very throrough.

The agents connected my blue ray player and soundbar with subwoofer and did a excellent job everything is working beautifully. Keep up the great job.

The Geek Squad has been amazing for me. This latest install was a pair of Dolby Atmos ceiling speakers. They arrived on time and did a great job with the install. Answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. The work was completed. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

These guys are so educated and know how to set up electronics! They even showed me things that I would have never known if it was not explained to me. One thing I do know I would have never known how to set up my television without there help. Thank you Geek Squad.

The agent installed the hdmi cable for my new blue ray player in the wall thru the kit previously installed. He did it in a about 30 minutes without any issues.

The Total Tech Support package is a really nice program. Scheduling the install was easy and wait time minimal. The Geeks did a perfect job. Everything was neatly installed and they cleaned up well after the install. They had some extra products in their truck that were needed to do everything right which was convenient. Very easy transaction and process.

The Squad "cut the cable" and made our home completely wireless and we now stream all services that were on our cable package plus more. The also installed an antenna in the attic so that we had some reliable information source if we lost our internet. Great associates and Great Job Been using Geek Squad services for all items purchased from Best Buy.

The geek squad is the best. I have had other service, but none as good as best buys. The service done by the geek squad is wonderful. The geeks know there stuff. I am so glad that took the service contract.
