Good knowledge and good service I was happy with completion

I received sufficient notifications and updates regarding their arrival. Once there, they were very respectful of our home, and put on shoe protectors. During the installation, they kept us informed, asked good questions along the way, and made sure everything was to our liking, and that we understood how to operate our new t.v.

I am very happy with the advice and instruction I received as well as the installation of antenna and Wi Fi and connection to 5 TVs. All in a very reasonable length of time and generous response to my many questions.

This is the second service by the same technician. He was as wonderful in setting up the new Samsung TV this time as he was six months ago. He, Devon, was respectful of property and set up with very fast.

The agents installed RUKU on 2 TVs & set up Hulu for me. They were very patient with me. They were very nice gentlemen & I appreciate their help. They are an asset to your company. I will definitely continue to shop at Best Buy.

The Add on Video Device with my Geek Squad Total Tech I guess is one of the perks I have of having paid almost $200 for their protection plan. In a way I am extremely unhappy about everything because I was Grandfathered in the Original Best Buy Geek Squad Protection Plan and I was told and had in writing that I would only be charged $99.00 every year I renew. But somehow Best Buy went ahead and decided to totally do away with that plan and just Rename and repackage and replace everyone’s plan and charge them the $200.00 so they could make more money. It appears they have gotten away with it. As far as the Geek Squad doing their job on the install, I believe they definitely could have done a little better. I definitely did not like how they approached my Mom and sold her a very Expensive accessory and made it seem l like if she didn’t buy it from them right then and there something awful could happen to the New TV.

This came as part of my TotalTech membership, and I was very pleased! Two installers and their supervisor showed up promptly when they said. The entire process was professional and quick. They were very knowledgeable and cleaned up after the installation.

The folks were very nice. Prompt, friendly and efficient...the only reason for the lack of a star is that after 4 days the device they installed is not working properly and now I have to go through the annoyance of having another visit scheduled to reinstall and IF that is not the issue, then yet ANOTHER trip to bring a new one and install it.

Terrific and thorough. Showed me how to save money but I elected to buy a new tv anyway!!

As always the Geek squad give a great service with all the tech support we need on our home. They know all the products that are best for all TVs and more. They are very knowledgeable in what they do.

The techs were thorough, patient and quick to do their job. They answered all my questions and didn’t leave until I was satisfied. They also called the day before to confirm my appointment and to review what I needed done.
