I haven't tried my DVD player to see if I know how to use it. But it is connected so I will probably give it a try sometime. It was nice to have someone who actually knew how to connect it to my new smart TV.

We needed help setting up security cameras with our home computer. We contacted Best Buy using our Total Tech membership. They sent out a technician who helped set it up in one visit. Excellent customer service!!

We bought a Roku that makes TV viewing cheaper. We had a little problem setting up, but one of your employee came to our home and fixed it quickly. Thank you to this very nice young man.

The agents showed up on time and were ready to work. They installed a Roku device on my TV, having to move a piece of furniture to do it. Then one of the men taught me how to use my Roku. They were pleasant and courteous and very helpful.

The two Geek Squad associates arrived on time, put on booties without even being asked, were polite, friendly and got everything up and working in just a few minutes. I was impressed!

Kevin from the Geek Squad came to my home and replaced a new HDMI cable which was connected to my television to my DVD player. Kevin was patient, kind and very helpful. He has a great knowledge about new technology. I learned alot feom him. Kevin, you are the best!! Thank you so much!!

The unit is a bit slow in responding to the remote which frustrated me initially. But if you can wait a few seconds it quickly goes from Blu-ray to TV. Fidelity is great.

Bought a 3-tier glass top entertainment center and a 43" 4k tv and the guys from Best Buy came out, brought the items and installed them in my bedroom. Great service quality.

The technician(Chase) was excellent. Explained and demonstrated how everything worked with a hands on training. He made sure we were comfortable with the operations. For Seniors this is a great service.

Delivered on time and set everything up. They also explained the difference between using the "built-in" Roku and my original Roku device, They made certain that everything was functioning as it should.

The installer installed the tv quickly and hooked up my existing sound bar. I will install my DVD when I have time to unplug it from a large wall unit. I told your installer he did not have to do this as I would take care of it myself.

The agent installed my tv and set it up for my using it. He also installed my Amazon Fire Stick and removed my Xfinity/Comcast equipment from the wall in order for me to get better reception.

I used Geek Squad for setting up my TV, and connecting my BlueRay player, DVR and VCR. Technology has changed so much with their help I would have been lost
